I Got The Bug

I really don't know why I don't photograph my own children more. I guess I'm just preoccupied with cooking and cleaning and bill-paying and business-owning and homeschooling (though we're on summer break now - YEEEESSSS!!) and grocery list-making and, of course, photographing other people's children. But really, I have no excuse. They are here ALL. THE. TIME.

Literally here. Often on my lap. Or biting at my toes. (Ok, only one of them does that.)

This week I got the sewing bug, so I sewed up a couple of new dresses for my girls. They are EVER so in love with dresses, so I thought they would find my sewing bug quite exciting.

And they did. Even though these pictures don't necessarily show their enthusiasm. :)

I don't love my middle child any less than the others, by the way. She was just crabby. And this momma don't do crabby.

  3. I can not believe how grown up your kids are now compared to when I first started reading your blog! They are all so beautiful! You do such a great job capturing their big eyes! (And the dresses are great too!)
